Sound healing helps to calm the mind, uplift the soul, and clear out negativity in your body and energy field while tuning into the frequencies and soothing effects of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowl, shruti box, koshi chimes, gongs, and more—and learn how they can help you slow down and feel restful.

**Doors open 15 mins prior to the session, session will begin promptly at 6:30 PM. We cannot let anybody in once the sound bath has begun.

Parking: There is a parking lot in front of the building and on the street

Entrance: Enter to the left side of the building (not the main entrance)

Bring what you need:

Yoga mat, pillow, blanket and anything else making yourself comfortable for 60 minutes

Dress warm and comfortable

Water bottle
