A sound journey is time just for you. A time to withdraw your attention from the outside world and explore your inner realms. Lie back on a yoga mat and drop into a state of deep deep relaxation where healing, insight and wisdom flow freely through you.

There is an opening and closing circle. BRING: yoga mat, blanket and pillow, closed water bottle SUGGESTION: plan to go to sleep soon after the journey so the healing tones continue to integrate.
