Salt Spring Island’s favourite event is back for its 8th year. Join local and regional beverage and food producers, community members and visitors alike at the iconic Salt Spring Farmers’ Institute to taste the best Salt Spring and its surrounding region has to offer.
At Sip & Savour Salt Spring you will find breweries, cideries, distilleries and wineries along with farmers, chefs, restaurants, caterers and other food producers all focused on giving you their best, while showing you a good time.
Sip & Savour Salt Spring gives you the freedom to enjoy top notch tasters from over 40 food and beverage providers. The ticket includes all your samples allowing you to fully indulge with no decisions to make except “should I go back for seconds?”.
Sip & Savour truly represents all that Salt Spring Island and its community offers – live music, silent auction, farm fresh products, delicious eats, creative and unique drinks, plus what everyone wants most, a whole lot of fun.
