The Race for all Ages.
The Shoreline Orthodontics Tri K Triathlon is back! 2018 will be the 35th running of this community event.
This years event will be the BC summer Games qualifier race. More details to come.
Teeny 5 - 7 yr olds - Indivduals
*swim or flutter board across pool with support, short cycle and run to the track.
Inbetweeny 7 - 9 yr olds - Indivduals
**swim 2 lengths of the pool, cycle around the school and run around the track.
Mini 8 - 17 yr olds Indivduals and Teams
8 -9 yr olds Swim 100m (4 lengths) - Bike 5km - Run 1km
10 - 11 yr olds Swim 150 (6 lengths) - Bike 5 km - Run 2 km
12 - 17 yr olds Swim 300 (12 lengths) - Bike 10 km - Run 3 km
Sprint 16+ years plus Indivduals and Teams
Swim 750 m (30 lengths) - Bike 20 km - Run 5 km
Just Tri It Indivduals and Teams 16 years +
Swim 500 m (20 lengths) - Bike 20 km - Run 5 km
*NEW for 2018 AquaBike 16 year plus
Swim 750 m (30 lengths) - Bike 20 km
