<p>This years event will be the BC summer Games qualifier race. More details to come.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Teeny 5 - 7 yr olds - Indivduals <br />*swim or flutter board across pool with support, short cycle and run to the track.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Inbetweeny 7 - 9 yr olds - Indivduals <br />**swim 2 lengths of the pool, cycle around the school and run around the track.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Mini 8 - 17 yr olds Indivduals and Teams<br />8 -9 yr olds Swim 100m (4 lengths) - Bike 5km - Run 1km<br />10 - 11 yr olds Swim 150 (6 lengths) - Bike 5 km - Run 2 km<br />12 - 17 yr olds Swim 300 (12 lengths) - Bike 10 km - Run 3 km</p>=0D=0A=
