Come join the Canadian Mental Health Association Mid Island Branch 2nd annual fundraiser to support mental health. Cyclists of all levels are invited to gain pledges and ride in either the Beginner/family ride of 14.9km meandering down the beautiful E & N Trail or for more experienced riders a 29km ride through the Jingle Pot area.
The event will have music, lunch, booths with information about mental health, children's activities and lots of fun!
The registration fee is $35.00 for adults which includes a free 2014 riding shirt. Children 12 and under ride for free (Riding shirts $10.) If you don't cycle sign up to be a virtual rider for free and help raise funds to support mental health services in our community.
