It all starts bright and early at the Shawnigan Lake Community Centre The Shawnigan Lake Adventure helps raise awareness and funds for the Cowichan Family Caregivers Support Society, a non-profit society dedicated to supporting family caregivers - those who care for family members or friends with a long term illness or disability.
