It’s a Wrap Up! Let’s Party!

We are very excited to meet everyone and hope as many of you as possible will be able to join us. We will have door prizes, food and a special guest in attendance, musician BJ Cook. 

BJ Cook grew up in Victoria and returned home to stay after achieving a lot of success in the music industry. She was one of the lead singers in the hit 70's band, Skylark, was a member of the Ronnie Hawkins Band, and is a talented songwriter/singer, with an aptitude for spotting undiscovered talent. In addition, BJ was married to the Grammy-award winner David Foster and was instrumental in helping him achieve his goal of becoming a household name. David puts so much faith in her that he regularly asks her to scout for young talent that he can take under his wing. We are honoured to have her with us and want to show our support for an organization that is near and dear to BJ's heart, the Battered Women's Shelter. We will be donating $500 plus all the proceeds from the day's hot dog sales. Tell everyone you know that between noon and 2pm a medium drip coffee will cost $1 and specialty drinks only $2. Other goodies and beverages will be provided at no cost.
