Master the art of baking beautiful cakes from scratch. In this demonstration-style class we will learn proper techniques of baking, decorating and serving three different styles of cake. We will also learn the garnishing secrets which turn an ordinary cake into a show piece.
Menu:
Decadent Ginger Devils Food Cake filled with vanilla pear compote, finished with caramel buttercream and a ganache glaze. Topped with an elegant garnish, this cake will be the star of any occasion.
Steamed Pumpkin and Toffee Cake with hazelnut croquant décor. This will definitely be a family favorite!
Rustic Winter Fruit Upside Down Cake smothered in traditional vanilla sauce. A beautiful presentation.
