Challenge your muscles (and your grit) along Victoria�s toughest 10K road course - or, set your goal on the 5k Fun Run � proving you can go the distance along with the Maritime Pacific Navy!

Vancouver Island�s only August road race takes you on a scenic run to and from CFB Esquimalt - a fun, yet challenging, start to your Sunday morning. Join us after your run to celebrate the Canadian Naval Centennial � and your big 10K or 5K finish � with refreshments and a BBQ, awards and door prizes, and entertainment.
