ROOT is an experience which combines the wild with the intuitive. Forage in the forest; attend wild workshops; hear smart speakers; meet healers and enjoy sacred sounds. Ingredients will be offering a healthy and "magical cafe".
Set on the beautiful grounds of an urban forest, Goward house is a stones throw from UVIC and right on bus route ROOT will also act as a fundraiser for the Ancient forest Alliance, who for years have worked tirelessly to protect our precious and endangered old growth forests. $5 from each door admission will be donated to help their efforts.
