Start 2016 with a strong, stress free and supple body by addressing chronic aches and pains through myofascial self-massage from head-to-toe. The workshop will include some theory, help students identify tension in their bodies, and give students the tools to self-massage and self-care. Not only will you get tools to help you live better in your body, you'll also be rolling around on balls with yogi friends where it's totally appropriate to do so!
