On June 24th 2018, the Canadian Mental Health Association will host the 7th annual "Ride Don't Hide" event, the largest mental health ride in Canada. Ride Don't Hide takes place in 31 communities across Canada to help raise awareness and funds for mental health programs and services in your local community. In addition to providing mental health services, we are committed to mental health awareness and addressing stigma.
When we hide, mental health stays hidden. When we ride, we create change. Please register to join us on Sunday, June 24th at Windsor Park and ride, don't hide.
