How it works:

In a small group setting, I will be using a combination of reiki and advanced energy medicine techniques to help you relax and reach your intended goals for the session (ie; feel at peace, relieve pain in the shoulder, feel more energetic etc...)

For the whole group:
- I will clear away negative energy that may be present within your energy field (we often pick it up from others and the environment)
- Will replenish you with healthy, positive energy
- Will guide you through a simple meditation that promotes peace, health and well-being (great at relieving stress too!)
- All you have to do is sit comfortably, close your eyes, breathe and relax
- No personal or confidential information is shared or talked about with others - (only you and I know the reason you have come and what your intention for the session is)

No experience necessary - only an open mind and kind heart.

Bonus:

You will have the option to have hands-on healing with Lindsay Rose during the session:
- I will spend 10 minutes personally working directly with you and your energy
- Ideal for you if you have a specific concern you want addressed (ie: relieve pain in area of body, improve self esteem, want to improve fertility, want to open up the heart area, want to let go of anything that is preventing you from moving forward etc.....)
