There is a shortcoming in our modern understanding of mind and body. Even to speak of them as two different entities calls attention to the inherent illusion. What we think and feel is translated immediately into how our body responds. Trauma, stress, grief and repetition are stored in our vast subconscious minds and inevitably affect our physical health.

This "mini Camino" walking hypnosis experience will appeal both to those who have already walked the Camino de Santiago, wishing to anchor the lessons they gained in their day to day lives, or for those with a desire to experience a fuller body experience of their healing path, receiving the greatest benefit of the focused work that hypnosis provides. It may even provide the impetus and courage to embark on the inspirational pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostella!

Whatever your goals, this experience will help create clarity, focused intention and set you firmly on your path! Each day of our Comox Valley Camino begins with Hypnosis and intention setting and then participants are sent on a 4-6 hour walk that will deepen the opening and learning. Evening wrap up sessions with a short presentation and hypnosis complete each days experience.

1. Hypnosis and guided walking $250 pp,
2. Add all meals $450 pp or
3. Add meals and accomodation $550 pp. Extended visits are also available to allow you to take advantage of additional onsite services: Full Body Massage or HypnoMassage (Janet Cochrane) , Transformational Acupuncture and Medical Qi Gong ( Michel Duhaime, R.Ac, Green Spirit Acupuncture) 20% Non-Refundable deposit is required to hold your space.
