Yoga is a journey to self-knowledge, but even within Yoga there is not only one path to this goal. These paths are called margas, and there are four of them within the Yogic tradition. Within this course we will explore each of these four paths, seeing where they diverge with their distinct emphasis and where they merge in their mutual aims.
The Four Margas course is approved by the Yoga Alliance and the BCRPA for 16 Continuing Education Credits.
