This 2-day course provides Yoga teachers with the ability to analyze students' doshic make-ups and needs from an Ayurvedic Therapy perspective, and to create effective rebalancing yoga classes and programs to meet those needs.
The Red Door Yoga Exploring Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy course is approved by the Yoga Alliance and Yoga BC for 16 Continuing Education Credits. Students are required to have completed the Red Door Yoga Understanding Ayurveda course as a prerequisite.
