The RDYT200 In-Depth Anatomy course covers the musculoskeletal structure of the entire human body with the exception of the face. Through this course you will learn to see the 'fabric' of the body's make-up, and the imbalances within, when viewing individual students. You will also gain a solid anatomical knowledge base that will support all other body-related training you may choose to explore in the future.
The RDYT200 In-Depth Anatomy course is part of the RDYT200 Teacher Training Certification program and is approved by the BCRPA and the Yoga Alliance for 16 Continuing Education Credits.
