Join the Regional District of Nanaimo to celebrate fifty years of providing services in this region and take part in the official opening of the Coombs to Parksville Rail Trail.
The official opening starts at 10:30 am; learn about past, current and future projects and services the RDN provides; register your bike with the Oceanside Community Safety Volunteers; and enter to win prizes.
Explore woodlot 031 with Silver Spur Riding Club and take advantage of our special shuttle service to or from Coombs available from 12:00 to 4:00 pm.
