This is an introductory workshop, however there is nothing beginner about the work you will be doing. Once you align and open to your relationship with your ancestors, that relationship door will be open to heal, and that healing will continue long after the workshop is over.

This workshop is open to everyone. No previous experience with meditation is required. No previous experience with spiritual work is required. You are a spirit/soul and you have ancestors! This meets all the requirements for this workshop.

In this workshop you will learn:
1. What are ancestors?
2. Who are your ancestors that have come to support and uplift you?
3. How to begin your own practice of working with your own ancestors.
4. How to communicate with your ancestors.

In this workshop you will experience through voice guided meditations:

1. To call in your ancestors.
2. To connect with your paternal line of ancestors.
3. To connect with your maternal line of ancestors.
4. Introduce ways to heal old traumas in your ancestral lines.
