<p>This workshop is open to everyone. No previous experience with meditation is required. No previous experience with spiritual work is required. You are a spirit/soul and you have ancestors! This meets all the requirements for this workshop.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>In this workshop you will learn:<br />1. What are ancestors?<br />2. Who are your ancestors that have come to support and uplift you?<br />3. How to begin your own practice of working with your own ancestors.<br />4. How to communicate with your ancestors.</p>=0D=0A=

<p>1. To call in your ancestors.<br />2. To connect with your paternal line of ancestors.<br />3. To connect with your maternal line of ancestors.<br />4. Introduce ways to heal old traumas in your ancestral lines.</p>=0D=0A=
