Polar Bear Swim & Sweat

Start the New Year with a fresh splash and help save the polar bears. We'll start with a polar bear dip at Long Lake @11am, followed by a sweaty hot 60 minute Moksha Yoga class with healthy refreshments to follow. We are asking that participants donate $25 to go towards the David Suzuki Foundation in an effort to save the polar bears!
