HOMEMADE - Hand Pinched & Totally Authentic Ukrainian Perogies
Come learn to make perogies with Bella from Perogie Pinchers of Victoria! Everyone is welcome kids to seniors - no one gets left out. The recipe that will be shared is from Bella's Baba that dates back to 1863 ~ Potato/Cheddar/Onion - oh so good! Made right here in Victoria with local ingredients.
Participants need to bring: 1 - Large mixing bowl; 1 - rolling pin; 1 - take home tray; 1 take home container for filling/dough. Wear your comfy clothes or bring an apron! Please tie back your hair or wear a hairnet.
