Vancouver Island's largest street party is now three years old and has that baby ever grown! P-ART-Y on the Drive brings art, music and food together in the natural setting that is Parksville's Resort Drive Commnity. Park and walk the entire drive as you discover artists, live musicians/performers and the most delectable food tucked into every green space. Artists from all over Vancouver Island and surrounding islands will be displaying their artwork and many of them will show you how they do it. Some will even teach you how to make some artwork of your own! We have painters and potters, photographers and sculptures, jewelry makers and furniture makes and every kind of art imaginable. See some art! Make some art! Buy some art! If it has to do with art, it will be at P-ART-Y on the Drive!
And we have musicians...live musicians, talented musicians! 6 stages will provide on-going entertainment from all over this island including a street dance with good old fashioned rock and roll. You can even make some music, too! You can watch dancers or get into dancing. We have folk music, rock and roll music, country music, mirimba music and more. If you like music played live outside in nature, you'll love P-ART-Y on the Drive!
All this excitement makes one work up an appetite but don't worry.....P-ART-Y on the Drive has plenty of fabulous food, too! We have fresh cut fries, hand-pressed burgers, fire roasted pizzas, fully loaded poutine, fresh roasted coffee, tasty pastries and ethnic delicacies, too! No one goes away hungry at P-ART-Y on the Drive!
So come and play at our P-ART-Y. Jump Around Productions will fill in all the blanks spaces with enough bouncy castles, bucking bulls and other inflatables to make sure no one is bored. We'll have live animals, tattoos, hair extensions, photo booths and even our resorts will have open houses so you can see what all the excitement is about in this world-class resort district. Bring mom, bring dad and heck, even Rover will be catered to at this, the largest street party on Vancouer Island!
