Victor and Kathy McLaggan are the founding members of Out Landish Shellfish Guild, a group of shellfish farmers working out of Heriot Bay on Vancouver Island.The group farms oysters, clams, mussels and scallops on and around the discovery islands, Quadra, Read, Marina and Cortes Islands.
Christine Coletta and Steve Lornie built Okanagan Crush Pad in scenic Summerland, BC, on Switchback Organic Vineyard in 2011. The facility, producer of Haywire and Narrative, has quickly built a reputation as a premium winery receiving unprecedented awards and accolades with chief winemaker Matt Dumayne at the helm.
