Come and learn about the process of planning for your family member's life after high school for people living with disabilities. This workshop will include practical, step-by-step tips and tools such as a sample plan for Community Living BC supports.
Doreen Shaw is a parent and member of the Board of Directors at Inclusion BC.
Karen Delong is a parent and is currently the Director of Community Development at Inclusion BC. She has worked in the field for over 20 years.
Light supper and refreshments will be provided.
