Olive the Senses Cooking Class: Spring Will Come

Looking for a pick me up from the winter blues? Join us in the Victoria Public Market Community Kitchen for a fully interactive cooking class where we'll warm up to some dishes that will heat up your heart and prepare you for the spring to come! Seasonal bruschetta, lamb and a light fruity dessert are on deck for this fresh class.
Classes are $45/person and held in the Community Kitchen from 6-8pm. The class is fully interactive and includes a copy of Extra Virginity by Tom Mueller or a 200ml bottle of your favorite product in the store, if you prefer (specialty oils the only exception). Each class consists of a three course meal featuring beautiful ways to cook with our EVOO and Vinegars, as well as a treat to take home for breakfast.
