NIC at Longlands is celebrating cultures from around the globe!

Join the Tourism and Hospitality Event Management students and Chef Jonathan Frazier for a special 'Brunch around the World' featuring culinary delights from 8 different cultures. The beautiful setting at Longlands is the perfect place to spend your Sunday. Enjoy live acoustic music from local artists, storytelling and delicious food and drink.

The event opens at 11am with a mini-workshop on how to make fresh Spring rolls, a favorite Vietnamese appetizer filled with fresh greens and your choice of sauce. Participants can then enjoy the 'Around the World' brunch buffet featuring:

* Traditional North American fare including pastries, muffins, eggs, pancakes, hash browns & sausage

* Japanese sushi – a selection of Nori and California rolls

* Fresh Hawaiian poke salad with all the fixings

* Mexica Chilaquiles – a traditional dish of corn tortillas baked in cheese and cream and topped with eggs

* Indian Palappam and Coconut Chicken Curry – enjoy Indian pancake and yellow coconut curry

* Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls

* A selection of salads

* Desserts – fresh fruit and variety of desserts including Rice Con Leche

Beverages are available for purchase including wine, beer, and spirits. Mango and strawberry lassi will also be available.
