Hello community gardens members and supporters. You are cordially invited to attend the Nanaimo Community Gardens Society Volunteer Appreciation Potluck and General Meeting

We would love to see you there so that we can thank you in person for the work you have done for our community. Before we get started on planning another busy growing season, we want to take time to reflect on 2018 and those that made it so successful.

This event will be held on Thursday November 15, from 6-8pm at Nanaimo Association for Community Living (NACL) at 88 Victoria Crescent in downtown Nanaimo.

We will start with the potluck at 6pm followed by a very short general meeting to approve the 2019 Community Gardens budget. After, we will share dessert and give out door prizes. There will be plenty of time to chat with fellow volunteers and supporters.

Come join us to meet board members, hear the latest news from Community Gardens, enjoy good food and meet your fellow volunteers. This is a good opportunity for gleaners and gardeners and their families to socialize. Please bring friends or family and a dish to share if you wish.

RSVP would be appreciated to ensure we have enough space for all wishing to attend. However, if you aren’t able to RSVP, please feel free to attend anyway. We’d love to see you!
