Music of Debussy & Friends
add to outlook add to google calendar remind me
Join us for a delightful Sunday afternoon musical presentation of Debussy & Friends. Among the most influential composers of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Debussy’s music is described as colourful and evocative. He was influenced by the French Symbolist Movement, developing a rich fluid rhythm new to Western music. He, in turn, influenced such artists as Ravel, Stravinsky, Gershwin, Phillip Glass and Duke Ellington.
Accomplished and well known musicians Tracy Lee Canil, Flautist, and Peter Walker, Pianist, are performing for our pleasure and charitable causes.
Suggested minimum donation is $10.00; refreshments will be served following the concert.
