Music, Nature & Healing Workshop for Creative Soul

This Music, Nature & Healing Retreat takes place on both Saturday and Sunday on Saltspring Island and includes overnight tenting. Car pools will depart Nanaimo at 9 or 10 in the morning to connect with the ferry in Crofton arriving at the wilderness farm in time for 2:00 start. This deep, magical and inspiring weekend finishes on Sunday at 2:00 in time to catch the 3:00 ferry back to Crofton arriving back in Nanaimo around 4:45.
Participants will explore creative connection to oneself and to nature as well as expression with our free and authentic voice. The senses will be awakened in nature and will become grounded. Ages 19 - 99.
Our longings for connection and belonging will be gently explored and awakened through music and nature.
Deep connections to the rhythms of nature and to the group wiil build confidence and soften our negative self talk.
Connection is the antidote for loneliness and anxiety. You will want to stay and linger for days and weeks at the completion of this retreat.
