Vancouver Island has not seen an Obstacle Course Race like this one! Get ready for this 6K course filled with over 12 obstacles and tons of MUD! Adults will be running in heats of 75 competitors every 15 minutes starting at 9AM. They'll wind themselves through the trails, up, over and through obstacles including wall climbs, mud crawls, rope climbs, and more!
Then we turn the course over to our Junior Mulisha for the modified 1K course where parents will have fill access to snaps amazing photos of their little mud runners!
The course will be designed for all fitness levels as our goal is to encourage everyone to get outside and active and have an absolute blast!
We'll have a live band, BBQ, feats of strength activities, sponsor prizes and give aways plus we'll be cranking our Media Sponsor The Zone 91.3 to keep everyone fired up on the day!
This event is powered by Popeyes Supplements so they'll be fueling everybody on site to help them perform at peak levels!
