The Oak Bay Beach Hotel is thrilled to once again welcome back a long standing tradition of big screen releases to the community through our regularly scheduled Tuesday movie nights in the David Foster Foundation Theatre.

Enjoy critically acclaimed movies and experience the drama with friends in the comfortable luxury of Victoria�s newest movie house. This month we have selected a couple movies featuring unique hotel narratives as well as more recent features that will be sure to please.

Enjoy gourmet individual pizzas*, house-made buttered popcorn and ice cream sandwich for dessert. Purchase one of our micro-brews, fine wines or favourite libations, sit back in our movie chair seats and enjoy Mud on our big screen, amongst friends for $24 per person + tax.

Mud is an adventure about two boys, Ellis (Tye Sheridan) and his friend Neckbone (Jacob Lofland), who find a man named Mud (Matthew McConaughey) hiding out on an island in the Mississippi. Mud describes fantastic scenarios-he killed a man in Texas and vengeful bounty hunters are coming to get him. He says he is planning to meet and escape with the love of his life, Juniper (Reese Witherspoon), who is waiting for him in town. Skeptical but intrigued, Ellis and Neckbone agree to help him. It isn�t long until Mud�s visions come true and their small town is besieged by a beautiful girl with a line of bounty hunters in tow.
