The Oak Bay Beach Hotel is thrilled to once again welcome back a long standing tradition of big screen releases to the community through our regularly scheduled Tuesday movie nights in the David Foster Foundation Theatre.

Enjoy critically acclaimed movies and experience the drama with friends in the comfortable luxury of Victoria�s newest movie house. This month we have selected a couple movies featuring unique hotel narratives as well as more recent features that will be sure to please.

Enjoy gourmet individual pizzas*, house-made buttered popcorn and ice cream sandwich for dessert. Purchase one of our micro-brews, fine wines or favourite libations, sit back in our movie chair seats and enjoy Blue Jasmine on our big screen, amongst friends for $24 per person + tax.

Jasmine French (Cate Blanchett) used to be on the top of the heap as a New York socialite, but now is returning to her estranged sister in San Francisco utterly ruined. As Jasmine struggles with her haunting memories of a privileged past bearing dark realities she ignored, she tries to recover in her present. Unfortunately, it all proves a losing battle as Jasmine�s narcissistic hangups and their consequences begin to overwhelm her. In doing so, her old pretensions and new deceits begin to foul up everyone�s lives, especially her own. Written and Directed by Woody Allen.
