An entire workshop dedicated to the Downdog Flow! Get adjustments and guidance in your Downward Dog, Plank, Chatturanga and Upward Dog. We�ll discuss modifications for shoulder and wrist injuries and cover different variations of the flow to suit all abilities. Learn alignment that is safe and feels good in your body so you can finally flow without fear!
