Learn how to treat yourself with the same care and kindness as you offer to those you love. This training will provide you with the skills to meet your hard places with strength and kindness.


This s a skill building course that has been linked strongly to less negative emotions such as stress, anxiety, depression and burnout and more positive emotions such as peace, happiness and relationship satisfaction.  Based on the work done by Dr. Kristen Neff (Texas) and Dr. Christopher Germer (Harvard) in the Centre for Mindful Self-Compassion, this program offers skills and practices you can immediatley start to use in your life.
