Weekend dinners are back at Merridale! In addition to our regular menu, each weekend will also feature a fresh three-course dinner menu paired with a mystery spirit!
Since we started distilling in 2007 we have done many 'spirit experiments.' These small batches have been quietly aging in barrels for the past seven to ten years. Pretty cool, right?
This spring we are finally releasing some of these small batches as mystery spirits! These very unique and extremely limited spirits are available only at the farmhouse with dinner, for tasting, and purchase in 375mL bottles.
