Learn about Medicine Wheels. What are they and how can we use them in our lives. Knowledge Medicine Wheels and physical ones. You will learn how to create one in both realms, physical and spiritual, to create a safe, sacred alchemical space to do ceremonial work. You will create one in the spiritual realm within a Trance Drum Journey. A safe place of beauty and power, that you can use whenever you are in the spiritual realm. Bring something to lie on. e.g. - Blanket or yoga mat. You must be able to lie down or sit for 30 - 45 mins. (Sliding scale available)
