Come and have a fun and playful class learning what a high powered blender can do for you. We will focus the class on those things that a regular blender will always fall short on.
Menu:
- Creamy Green Smoothie (yes this baby can turn kale into smooth velvet)
- Almond and Other Nutmylks (for dairy alternatives this tool is like no other)
- Almond Spread and Cashew Cream (using nuts to make dairy and egg free sandwich spreads and dressings)
- Pureed Soup (So creamy with no need to strain or blend twice)
- Grind Flour (want really fresh whole grain flour of any kind...grind it yourself as you need it)
- Grinding Spices (let's make a curry spice from whole spices better and fresher than store bought)
- Raw Desserts (there is a whole other world of desserts out there waiting to be explored with this amazing tool)
I will get you started so that you can take your Vitamix to the next level on your own at home!
