The 17th Annual MARS Harvest Banquet is a celebration of the bounty of the harvest and encourages awareness of the local farm community. This popular annual event provides an opportunity for local producers to showcase their products to the public in an attractive, exquisitely prepared style.

This year�s catering company, Custom Gourmet, will be preparing the foods in a TAPAS-style (small plates) with changes to our previous years� menus. Custom Gourmet�s main focus is to use the best fresh local produce available. A tremendous live and silent auction helps to support MARS Wildlife Centre work on Vancouver Island. This year�s delightful entertainment will feature the music of Johanna Finch. Hallowe�en costumes are optional with prizes awarded for creativity. Local beers, wines and spirits, are featured, in a cash-bar partnership with the Comox Valley Land Trust.

We are seeking sponsorships in order to help us defray the costs of this unique evening of Local Agricultural flavours. Your donation may be used to purchase locally grown products from producers in the area who have supported us in the past or help support wildlife conservation in the region.

We greatly appreciate the past support and the contributions of our supporters. This fundraiser is a great bargain with wonderful items up for auction. Tickets go on sale September 1st and the cost is $60. We hope you can attend to see how we are working together to support conservation through Agricultural awareness in the Comox Valley.
