Join us for a celebration of one of the incredible products of our local food system � salmon. The world of salmon is a fascinating story of natural beauty, perseverance and the amazing power of our oceans. Small salmonids leave our rivers and return from their ocean journey as magnificent specimens. We will feature as many species as possible and give you insight into the world of the Pacific Salmon
