Kick off the Christmas Season and come “Get your Glow On” during the Ganges Light Up, Outdoor Concert and Chili Cook-off to be held on Saturday, November 29th @ 3pm.
This year we welcome guest judge and celebrity chef David Robertson, founder of The Dirty Apron Cooking School and The Dirty Apron Cookbook.
Fun for the whole family, this event brings community together. With an exciting blind public taste test where the average Joe or Josephine can go up against some of Salt Springs top professional Chef’s. Do you have the Chili to win this year?
Bring the kids and sing-along to carols sung by a selection of the Salt Spring Singers and at 4pm Jim Radysh performs. We are also working together in an effort to “light up” Ganges by encouraging all Salt Spring businesses with storefronts to participate and light up with us. At 5pm we flip the switch to Light up the giant tree in the centre of Centennial Park. Don’t miss the fun!
