Karma Yoga in the Park every Wednesday

Classes will be held rain or shine so grab your mat, hat, sunscreen, water and perhaps an umbrella! Let's get outside and enjoy the lovely trees and fresh air. This class is for everyone so bring your kids and your mum.
There is no experience necessary.
Cost is by donation with the net proceeds going to the Moksha Yoga Nanaimo charity of the month.
