The 2017 Islands Agriculture Show will be held in the Port Alberni, BC.
The Islands Agriculture Show is the only agricultural trade show and conference serving the farm and food community on Vancouver Island, Coast and Gulf Islands. Bringing together farmers, rural landowners, farm organizations equipment dealers, service providers and the general public, the Islands Agriculture Show provides a venue for participants to learn, connect and engage.
Port Alberni truly has something for everyone, from urban living to rural amenities, all set within a picturesque valley rich with natural resources, stunning views and majestic mountains and rivers. The Alberni Valley has a favourable climate for agriculture with cool wet winters and hot dry summers providing a relatively long growing season and soil conditions for the production of a variety of fruits and vegetables.

$30 for Farm Startup Workshop

This regional learning event will feature 12 educational workshops. For the first time this year the show will include First nations agri-food ventures, aquaculture, seafood sessions and what you need to know to improve or start your farm business.
Trade Show
Our tradeshow features over 60 exhibitors, including the latest in farm equipment, as well as professional services and programs for farmers of every size and sector.
Family Activities
Bring the kids to learn with the BC Dairy Classroom, play or peruse the farm machinery displays, or bring your own apples to be pressed by
Pressing Matter.
