SoulCollage is an expressive art process in which you construct, over time, a personal deck of unique, soul-tending cards. It is a process through which you use your intuition to connect with the wisdom of your Soul.

This is a multi-leveled, creative process which anyone can do. No art experience is needed.


We all possess the wisdom we need to solve our troubles.

� relationships � family � work � health � addiction � body image � general happiness

There are many areas of our life were we can feel stuck, where we feel something is blocking us from manifesting our deepest desires, our true intent. We recognise we are often caught in old patterns of thinking about and reacting to what our life unfolds for us.

Finding a fresh perspective of our self, our life and the troubles we experience can be the key to finding our wisdom and the answers we are looking for.

SoulCollage workshops is an opportunity to find what you are looking for, your Wise Self!

At every workshop you will start making your own amazing Soul cards by selecting images, cutting them out and pasting them onto pieces of blank card.

Your facilitator Tammy Mickelson creates a supportive safe environment for you to share with like-minded seekers in a small group setting.

Each SoulCollage card you make will reflect one facet of your Self - your Soul. These facets will speak to you and the words you hear will be your own Divine Wisdom. Over time, as you make more cards, the evolving deck will reflect your many aspects, the extraordinary panorama which is �you� as a whole Being.


The workshop includes:
� Introduction to SoulCollage (R) as set out in Seena Frosts Book: SoulCollage: An Intuitive Collage Process for Individuals and Groups
� All the direction and materials you need to make cards
� Learning how to work with your cards
� How to do the "I am one who ..." exercise
� Working in small groups to explore your card meanings

The cards we create are arranged in suits to facilitate self-exploration and encourage self-acceptance. Creating and �reading� your SoulCollage cards is fun, insightful and an amazing tool to assist you in rediscovering your soul's essence

An opportunity to explore, heal, and transform the Self through the fun and simple art of collage.

In a safe and nurturing space you will be guided through the SoulCollage process. You will experience the magic of SoulCollage as we explore, play and create our own cards and participate in "readings".

The SoulCollage process works with symbols, images, the chakras, animal companions and archetypes to discover the ongoing "story of you."

Every card is unique and personal, forming a visual journal that you can continue creating on your own.
