Come and be introduced to this fun and versatile box-shaped percussion instrument, originally from Peru. You may love this workshop so much you even find yourself registering for Beginner Cajon (6 weeks), starting the following week!

Karin is passionate about the therapeutic benefits of RHYTHM and PLAY. Through rhythmic expression we can align ourselves with the rhythmic order of nature. This is often experienced as uplifting and life giving… restoring balance and a sense of flow into our lives. Karin is a percussionist, facilitator, performer and instructor working professionally with the public for over 10 years. She facilitates and teaches private lessons, group classes, and workshops for a wide spectrum of individuals, schools, businesses, and organizations. She is excited to be offering her classes at the new Sol Centre and looks forward in particular to this series with the Cajon.
