THEN GET READY FOR NIA and dance, move, laugh, shake and put PLEASURE into moving your body!
Experience Nia in this 2 hour playshop designed specifically for beginners. We'll introduce the basic concepts and principals of Nia and get moving in a beginning-level Nia class.
All levels of fitness are welcome and no experience is required.
This event will be led by Tristin Campbell and Laurie Redberger.
