<p>Experience Nia in this 2 hour playshop designed specifically for beginners. We'll introduce the basic concepts and principals of Nia and get moving in a beginning-level Nia class.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>All levels of fitness are welcome and no experience is required.</p>=0D=0A=
