12th Annual Innate Intensive

Annually, at the Lifehouse we offer a 30 day Innate Intensive challenge. May 1-30th, 2025. It’s a deep dive for participants to reserve time daily to connect within and build trust of their intuition and inner knowing. By creating an intention/focus point, building on existing and adding new strategies, previous participants have significantly up leveled their life. It’s really quite remarkable the momentum, growth, insights and what can be accomplished in the month’s time!

It’s one of our favourite events and pairs a lot of pieces together ie) daily individual practice (journaling, meditation and a specific breath work – Somato Respiratory Integration), 3 opportunities to meet as a community, break-off pod check-ins and feedback/ witnessing their process.

Registration is $222 (includes a custom journal).
