Infant First Aid Course

This course teaches infant conscious and unconscious choking procedures, infant CPR, infant seizures, poisoning, allergic reactions and prevention of childhood related injuries.
These are the same topics as are covered in the First Aid component of "Parenting The Newborn" workshop, but in a stand-alone format.
This class may be taken before or after your baby is born, but the class is for adults only.
Schedule: One evening from 7pm to 9pm
Location: The Mothering Touch Centre
Fee: $40 +GST per person (includes take-home First Aid Basics book)
(After 1 year of age, the first aid procedures change � you might also be interested in "First Aid for Children Over 1-Year-Old.")
